Maybe I should have said Southern Sydney to be more precise about the
relative bulk-billing rate, but my comment about luxury referred to the
monopoly position at Dorrigo, where I'm sure Dr Bateman isn't represented.
What is your electorate's bulk-billing rate? More like Elizabeth's 59%
than our 95%? Our 5% are truly prepared to go against the flow.
