Maybe I should have said Southern Sydney to be more precise about the relative bulk-billing rate, but my comment about luxury referred to the monopoly position at Dorrigo, where I'm sure Dr Bateman isn't represented.

What is your electorate's bulk-billing rate? More like Elizabeth's 59% than our 95%? Our 5% are truly prepared to go against the flow.

i don't have any idea; i think the answer here is to do a good job and charge what you feel is appropriate

i admit i am not the owner / principal, but i have come to agree with the idea that everyone should pay (even if it is $2 above m*c*), and then let them claim from the hic

b*b* is for the very rare charity case, because i made a decision to get paid somewhat for working, until the government decrees that i am a charity with all the tax benefits that ensures; i am very reticent to have the wasteful sloths in power declare that i should be benevolent using my potential income rather than their potential expenditure

it's the 95% that accept the status quo that prevent the <gag filter on> paradigm shift <gag filter off> that is required to make the general public aware that medical care isn't free, even if their sum outgoing is zero - handing over money has a very real educational purpose on the real minimal value of the service
