Or they will just carry on politely ignoring the HIC's impractical
requirements and keep referring patients correctly and ethically but
'illegally' as far as the HIC is concerned.
Perhaps it is the HIC that will be forced to adapt, just as it has been
forced to 'adapt' (read abandon) its requirements for the use of
individual certificates for HIC Online.
