We are continuing to ignore their requirements with their tacit agreement ( for the P2P project in NT) - in any case would continue to ignore them without their agreement
My guess is that somewhere in HeSAland there is a warehouse full of cheap card readers (not Mac or Linux compatible) that were purchased a few years ago and are now well and truly outdated

Or they will just carry on politely ignoring the HIC's impractical requirements and keep referring patients correctly and ethically but 'illegally' as far as the HIC is concerned.

Perhaps it is the HIC that will be forced to adapt, just as it has been forced to 'adapt' (read abandon) its requirements for the use of individual certificates for HIC Online.
