ArgusConnect will indeed be reviving personal, digital siging in Q2 2006.
We have just received a batch of smart cards and readers from HIC in
order to get moving on this. The use of location keys (a standard
feature) for signing has limited utility.

certificates; I believe they have reincarnated that function in the latest
versions of Argus but that's been since I did my Certified Installer's
