The Genie mailing list was an excellent, positive list where a lot of support happened, but was replaced with a forum. I imagine this has taken quite a load away from the staff there.
Is it only me or do you find forums very tedious compared to mailing lists? I really can't be bothered reading a forum unless I have a specific need. Should we have a mailing list for users of each EHR? Is there a place for both a list and a forum?
Agree entirely. Genie has fallen completely off the radar as far as I am concerned since the email list disappeared. Who can be bothered trawling to half a dozen different forums?
