1-Cross platform

2-Not tied to a particular 3rd party application (Word processor, browser). 
Sort of the same as 1

3- Supported vigorously, even if it means paying commercial rates for support. 
(thinks..why do we pay annually for support and not hourly? I think I would 
have saved money by now, compared to less advanced users)

4- Easy ability to import/export. Currently impossible to "try-out" different 
softwares without $000s and months of headaches.

5- definitely no advertising
