No knowledge of Practix but I've been responsible for implementing slow
WAN networks in the past

what are the ping times like. Any dropped packets?
Is the routing right ?
Can you quantify the amount of data to-ing and fro-ing? Is the amount of
data proportionate to the slowness of the application?
