There is no threat in my message and it ought not be threatening to
people acting lawfully.
If the cost in time and money are a problem then so be it, but rest
assured that appropriately run lists are not perceived by HCN to be a
threat.

and Mitchell as I have no contact details for them.

I have passed the message on verbatim.
I've heard from the guys and they assure me that they have not received
a legal letter, and you can understand that they wouldn't want one either.
