Actually they're almost the same as this (GPCG) one, and they say almost exactly what part of your guidlines state:

"The Company is not responsible for and does not necessarily endorse information posted to the forums offered by this facility. The Company will not be held liable for information which is technically inaccurate, misleading, offensive or otherwise results in any pecuniary loss."

The sad state of the legal system which like most business is stuck in the last century deems it necessary for this sort of crap to be published. So which is it - can you contract out of defamation or can't you? Who should I sue if I am offended by something on your forums - the author, the provider of the service or the moderator?
