It seems to me you are doing the right thing - "start simple - implement - learn - review and move on". I will be interested to see how you can progress over time given Andrew's comments on the utility of NEHTA's work to date. I think it is worthwhile to have a clear exposition of what is being done and what is aimed for out there. No questions from me - just keep at it..
