Hi Cedric,

I thought that schools and goverment organisations in germany have a 
goverment directive to move to linux by the end of 20xx.  So some PC's 
might be pre-loaded with "Hasta La Vista" but not all.

The same goverment policy has been adopted by China, India, Brasil, 
Libia and a few African countries.  Now Microsoft marketing machine 
might not want us to hear about this shift.
