I admit to being poorly organised until 1997 when a laptop hit my desk, and I have been even better as Medtech has got better! And I can do more per consult too. Second best toy is my new BP freebie via hbprca, anyone else received one of these?

Very good point - I am grappling with this very problem right now.
I suspect a straw poll of at least the GPs on this list would rate the
computer as the most valuable tool in their consulting rooms and more
likely to save lives than anything else in the surgery.
