No we should not give up.  Again this whole discussion was on why the GP's &
specialist can't read & undertand & follow rules.  If they can't or don't
want to, what about the general population.  Although smoking etc is
decreasing, the crime rate is excalating - often the money is needed to buy
drugs.  So are we realy winning with all these ads ?
