You are a man after my own heart Cedric. But there are many on the list that think that the bureaucrats have no business trying to contain costs and should be told to F* off. Another observation from working in Aboriginal Health - a total and refreshing lack of drug reps (they are told to F* off) and a very limited pharmacopeia - found by experience to be quite adequate for the purpose.
