Oliver I do what you do (on my PC screen), but I tell patient that guidelines recently changed (so I don't insult his old GP). Further I also have no sympathy for these Dr's, however they cost PBS millions, which is why I made my postings - think of all the money that can be saved. The second reason I started with this thread was to illustrate that Dr's don't read or educate themselves.
I was only painting a typical scenario which frequently happens.
