Hasn't it? I had the impresssion that year by year less people were smoking, 
and at least in our area less IVDU too

Hey, I am a migrant, and I was *shocked* about the uncritical use of 
antibiotics here compared to Norway where I came from.
Education is badly needed by the vast majority, migrant or not.

Education is not a quick fix, but a long term permanent fix. Sad that 
politicans are unable to think and plan in generations.
