I hate it when the rules I have to work by are silly, too, as they often
are.
I guess that the government has you all by the balls, as you can only
afford to ignore Medicare's rules if you think your patients will still
come to you if they can't claim a rebate for their care from Medicare.
I can't wait till every piece of business we have to do with them is
controlled through our possession of an Access card.
