I realise that - he also said that he scanned these in and now the HIC are
insisting on seeing the papercopies - that is what the whole debate is
about.

I know - we are fully "paperless" and these DB4 are taking up huge amount of
space. I'm currently shoving the boxes under the floorboards at home but if
I run out of space I start shredding - 2 years or not. I see no reason why
the pdf copies should not be accepted.
