Same is going to apply when I (rarely) do one of these stupid careplan
thingies - I have to have a signed copy - usually I print the document from
within MD, let the patient sign it, scan this back in MD (all very logical
off course)and then give the form to the patient. I do not keep a hard copy
and don't plan on starting either
