I have the source for this and looked at it briefly. I found all the
Javascript/AJAX fairly cryptic, though could follow the rails parts OK.
Maybe another effort would be in order soon when I get some time again.
What are the bugs and any ideas where to start?
I found that entering new providers didnt seem to work, though I think
this was because I was doing it on a laptop without a web connection -
some of the services required a connection to the DB at the contractors
website.

The RoR appointment system I had commissioned still has a few performance
