Obviously beyond the capabilities of an amateur. Still they have a focus
on open source and open standards, though a commercial vendor/developer
is requested.

The Central Australian Rural Practitioners Association (CARPA) is a
multidisciplinary group of health professionals working in remote and
Aboriginal health. CARPA provides best practice clinical guidelines
for primary health care, originally in the three states of Central
