Fee is right 

The one draw back is print one a4 sheet per patient about 2.3 cents. I am
scanning and shredding about 100,000 at present. The tree fairies are coming
for me now- :( I guess this is still better than the Government giving 50
million P.A. to the banks except the clinical software will still be
printing one A4 for the people who do not trust the banks or the government
and possible every one else depending on your software or staff computer
ability.

Not always, practices can print bb forms for pts to sign and print batch
headers and pts lists from clinical software.
We havent used carbons for years.  Practices just have to remember to write
(with a BOLD biro) 'BulkBill Processing' on the header and on the envelope.
