You sure about that? I'm not at work today so I cannot check but we use Online claiming for all our BB claims and AFAIK nothing gets sent off unless the voucher is signed AND we have to keep those vouchers - there was a discussion about shredding these, etc not son long ago on this list T

I was talking about the non bulk billed claims - no signature is needed
for these.

If you are bulk billing, yes, the patient still has to sign the voucher
and the practice has to keep that signed voucher.

OK - in other words your patients pay the gap and you wait for them to bring the cheque in?? Does that work in the city? We did this when I was stil in rural SA but we had a captive audience (Only practice in town) so I had very few cases where I had to wait for the 90 day rule to kick in). You still need to print a copy of the transaction for the patient don't you?
