We have an old swiper which hasnt been used for 10 years. Havent kept
carbon forms for that long either. If pc was down we would wait. If
power goes out we have a backup Invoice book ready (we have used this a
few times over the years) but we enter these in as soon as we are
powered up.
Nursing Home and Home Visits use A4 pc printouts. (either BB or Private
- same system). Practices dont necessarily BulkBill nursing homes or
Home Visits either.
Fee,
So the key is that you don't bulk bill anyone, so all that's needed is a
receipt book. Cunning.
Not the first thing I'd have thought about as this area bulk-bills 90+%
Who pays the gap at the NH? Does the patient pay cash at home, or just
get a receipt? Then do they just get to fill out a claim form and
forward you the cheque when it comes back?
