You sure about that? I'm not at work today so I cannot check
but we use Online claiming for all our BB claims and AFAIK
nothing gets sent off unless the voucher is signed AND we
have to keep those vouchers - there was a discussion about
shredding these, etc not son long ago on this list T
I was talking about the non bulk billed claims - no signature is needed
for these.

Sorry, you are right, you just present the account to the patient and
collect their cash, then issue a receipt for them to take to Medicare,
or offer them the use of the patient direct-billing facility of Online
Claiming.
I forget, because we see so few in my area, and we've had all this
recent discussion about being allowed to bulk-bill and charge a gap payment.
your system is the the best if the market allows you to do it.
