Now may be the time to migrate that old 3400c PowerBook onto OS X; not
sure how it will run (if at all) but an experiment.

Ash are you using XPostfacto at all? And if so, what is the 20th Century
Powerbook that you are running OS X on?

i am/was using xpostfacto to slip 10.3 up on a second partition from a basic 8.something install

horst made it all happen, but in recent times it fell over due to my fiddling, and the stupid pram/nvram arrangements on the lombard g3

however, i have discovered that 10.1 will run on its own on a powerbook; all i need now is to repartition the 40gig hard drive and go, because what i want is an itunes juke box for the living room like i had till i blew it up :-(

once i finish building my opteron 148 @2.8ghz based gaming machine (and my xp-m based home media centre) i'll get right on to it :-D
