Thanks for reminding us that under all the beautiful eye candy and award-winning design lays same-old, same-old, consumer-grade computer hardware. 2 1/2 inch hdds break real easy.

I accept that when it works it's great, but when it doesn't the distress seems to know no bounds, as a lawyer friend of mine is testimony to from time to time.

My son's iPod has also been a constant reminder of this fact.
