I have asked some experts but Tony L says I should consult the wisdom of
crowds (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wisdom_of_Crowds).
What is the cheapest way for me to get a MS SQL 2000 server? It is
complicated (and apparently people do PhDs in Microsoft licensing :-). I
have a dying SBS 2000 / SQL 2000 server and an upgrade pack to 2003, but
that old OEM thing has got me again.
