Sit tight with PractiX.

If you have issues with support/training contact stathealth and get on their
premium support plan for PractiX then

Wait for the new product.

IBA have frozen all development of PractiX apparently, they expect everyone
to happily jump across to Monet, their favoured product.

Nearly all the good support/development staff have left IBA=MSS and gone to
stathealth. There is only 1 developer left at logan apparently.

A client asked today why she would pay IBA $5k for support for the coming
year, it was hard to argue with that thought considering they have been
getting no support and the call centre has moved to India.

It will all be fine till something goes wrong I guess.

Peter,

I am not recommending "the most popular system" nor am I
promoting HCN products.

I simply have a request for help that I am trying to facilitate. It is the
practices choice to go to MD3 and they are having difficulty migrating their
data.

I hope that is not too selfish of me.

Mark, I didn't suggest that you were, but from what I see of divisions up
here, they strongly recommend Medical Director and Pracsoft for reasons that
can only be described as selfish.

We recommend those products too, in some cases, but they would certainly not
be my pick for a site used to MSS.

I agree with interoperability between packages for porting information and
helping GPs make informed decisions about what clinical packages to use.

Well done then!

Peter.
