Why wait til March? I got out early of our B4H plan because of similar issues - no access to ports we needed for the things we wanted to do, and blocked ports were not specified in the contract In any case, in your position I'd rather pay an early drop out penalty and switch right away than being deprived of essential infrastructure for nearly another year!
