I don't host anything with them. The "sweep" only applies if you use a "free" FTP or web account with them The rationale that was given at introduction was that up to 80%+ bandwidth usage was wasted on that kind of illicit file "sharing" - a majority of Exetel customers was in favour of this measure some 2 years ago.
