You must be fare.  Some software vendors aren't coping.  As mentioned before
on this forum, the one I'm using is coping very well.  Our downtime doing
minor or major upgrades is zero.

Guys,

So now we have Stat Health, MD3, BP, Plexus on SQL2005 and .Net.

Any other takers?

Having seen the time and problems to upgrade MD3 to MD 3.6, involving 
the install of SQL 2005, among other things, the maintenance overheads 
of this technology is increasingly a concern to me.

Along with monthly PBS updates and all the rest, maintaining systems in 
practices is getting silly, and as HCN found out last week, lots of 
people aren't coping.
