I currently pay $85/month for 8192/384 with 65 GB included, $3 for each GB in excess. Uploads are *not* counted, nor is any traffic between Exetel subscribers, which is great for my increasingly large online backups. Speed is as promised - any time of the day I try to download for example a Linux CD ISO image, I get a constant 650 kbs at least. I have 8 static IP addresses, and it has worked flawlessly for the last 3 years (initially it was only 512/512 resp. 1500/256) Tech support is nothing but superb - I get a human on the line right away, no busy signals, and the people are competent (only times I rang them was when I needed some complex routing) My provider is Exetel. Ranked reasonably high in customer satisfaction, and in one of the ISPs where the fewest customers churn away from.
