Hi Felicity Keep a list/register of errors for each software system. A doctor asked me today why I don't consider MD3. I simply posted her a list of errors and complaints over the last six months. No system is perfect. A GP who can use MD2 MD3 Zedmed, Profile, Bestpractice or Medtech can be up an running on any alternate program in a hour or a lot less. The more intuitive the alternative is the better. The New GP sounds more computer phobic than a software issue!
