BP does not miss out - I can import other peoples rtf templates and with a little bit of adjustment have another working template for BP. The search facility in BP is also easy to use and one can then create a mail merge for a recall letter. Piece of piss!

Yes, non MDW users miss out on a lot of little things. For instance, a mail out about keeping a Gardasil register, until the relevant autorities get theirs set up (what a fiasco) had a multi-page colour how-to on how to print out a list in MDW. This was from ADGP. Not even lip service to the other aussie GPs. All rep things need either Windows (R) or MDW. A mail out cd called "patient Management" needs Windows (R) and some extra environment stuff to be installed.
Life seems hard for non-LCD people...or maybe we don't need this stuff.
