Shebear - Growlmail is *not* installed with Growl, at least not in my
case. Growlmail was installed using a separate installer found in an
extras (or something similar) folder beside the Growl installer. As
Quinn said, simply delete the Growlmail.mailbundle folder found at
either  ...
Your hard drive / Library / Mail / Bundles / GrowlMail.mailbundle
... or ...
Your Hard Drive / Users / Your user name / Library / Mail / Bundles /
GrowlMail.mailbundle
