Ok, I've confirmed with my glade-2 (2.6.5), which has function I said. By clicking "..." right side of "label:" in the "Properties:" window, a window "Edit Text Property" will appear consist of entry "Text:" "Comments For Translators:" and check button "Translatable" "Has Context Prefix". If the programmer considered one string shouldn't be translated, please the "Translatable" check keep a blank. As concerned GTK1, I couldn't find that though.
