I actually don't rememebr that the low speed
manoueverability is any worse than my CBR1000F. Both
are relatively heavy sport touring bikes and not the
most graceful creatures executing a parking lot "back
in" turn. Spend some time mastering the clutch and it
can be done, it's just more difficult than a 308 lb
bike.
