Unfortunately, I do not have any pics.  But, my setup
looks nearly identical to Richard Lanoutte's.  I've

The gray patch where the mirror connects to the
fairing is a thin sheet of carbon fiber.  Its purpose
is just to cover a third mounting point for the stock
mirror, which is not used in the R1100S application.

I have the stock windscreen, and I still like the
look.  The aft visibility can't be beat.

This mirror conversion is a *must* if you plan to
implement the superbike (a.k.a., "Big Wheel") kit as
Richard and I have.
