I'll jump right in on to this one 'cause I like an early morning bitch with
my coffee. My first GTS Corbin came to me after 7 weeks substandard (even
though they had heard from me and my desires 3 times after my order was
placed.....just to make sure they understood)! Well, after reaming my
contact a new one over the phone my next step was to get a hold of Mr. Mike
himself who happened to be in a meeting but his second in command
intercepted my call and promised to take care of me if only I "gave him a
chance".

Two days later (they musta burned midnight oil) I had ANOTHER brand spanking
new to MY specs seat that I've been happy since. The first seat I could keep
as a spare or send back he said. I am not a charity case I said, I'd sent it
back to you but they would have to pick up shipping. I also told him I was
in a good mood so I wouldn't charge them handling.

Would I buy another from them? Yes but I'd go straight to the top with my
order. Their products are heavy but hold up well and my bubble butt thanks
me each and every time I ride my bikes.
