At the time I got my seat, and to this day I think, Corbin is the only game in town if you need a back-rest--the stock seat pan is not sturdy enough. That being said, I think somebody else will be re-doing my seat when it comes time. I found the seat an improvement in comfort over the stock one but needed to trim the fiberglass to make it fit, chase after little splits that form in the fabric, and will probably be needing a re-do much sooner than with stock. I'm glad I have a good (now that I've trimmed it) seat base to give to Mayer or Sargent, gotten some reasonable use in the meantime, and have a spare to use while it's away... FL Kev
