Mr. Bachelor: Don't be so picky. Hairspray works great and its CHEAP...though I imagine that anything that is slick, yet will evaporate would work. Go to the drugstore and buy the cheapest stuff on the shelf. The carrier will evaporate leaving the sticky stuff there to help hold the grips in place. Regards, Henry S.
