Was the K&N filter for the R1 the one that can be cut lengthwise to fit
into the original air cleaner plastic pieces? I'm looking for the
correct one that you don't have to cut off the rubber ring, I think
someone had a picture at one time but I can't seem to find it, but for
some reason I think it was the R1 filter. Anyone know for sure and also
know the best place to get it (prices on K&N filters vary wildly).
