Nick, thanks for the links, the one below doesn't look like an R1
filter, of course I don't read Japanese very well. So I'm still
wondering is the R1 filter the one that you can leave the rubber gasket
on and cut lengthwise instead of having to do the complete cutout like
shown on the link below?
