How long does it take for your wheel to get that dirty?  Mine gets dirty
too, and the oil is in all of the places you mention, but it cleans up
pretty quickly with a few shots of S100.  I use the touring tank, so its
more difficult to tell how long it takes to get the wheel really dirty.
OTOH, perhaps you're simply running too rich.  I have mine set so that it
drops a drop on the outside of the chain in about the same spot as you, but
every 2 minutes.  If I set it to every minute, like the Brits recommend, and
I'd be lubing the entire bike, not just the chain.  I could probably slow it
down to every 3 or 4 minutes and suffer no problems, come to think of it.
