Pull the plugs and ground to the engine. Now, grind the starter motor for a few revolutions. Stop, repeat, stop, repeat....oil is circulated. Work?

And the fresh oil, with additives, detergents, anti-corrosion stuff needs to displace or dilute the little bit of left-over old oil.
