It is a good point to consider about tire preservation and with that thought in mind, try to not store it close to any running electric motors. Tire manufacturers expressly warn against any of the appearance enhancing products, certainly in part to the liability of tread contamination adversely affecting traction, but also intimations that prolonged use can promote side wall dry out and cracking.
