Yes, in theory.  Unfortunately this is about as easy as reprogramming
the ECU to support a turbo.  Not something an amateur can do at home in
any reasonable amount of time.  You'd need new head castings to adjust
the intake length and valve size.  Almost certainly quicker, easier and
cheaper to graft the GTS front end onto an FJ1300.
