I keep thinking, in a medieval world where magic is a valid weapon of
war, wouldn't castle walls be enchanted to protect them from magical
attacks such as Shape Earth (Stone), Create Door, Glass Wall,
Teleport and M&B spells? Which protective enchantments? Applied how?
